a) The client has made payment for the advertising services.
b) The request for a refund is made within the applicable refund period specified in the agreement between Advitize and the client.
c) The client has not violated any of our terms and conditions or engaged in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
1.2 Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
a) Setup fees or initial campaign management fees.
b) Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client, such as ad platform fees or media buying expenses.
c) Any services already rendered or completed by Advitize prior to the refund request.
1.3 Refund Process
To request a refund, the client must submit a written refund request to our customer support team. The request should include relevant details, such as the reason for the refund and any supporting documentation. We will review the request and notify the client of our decision within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Cancellation by the Client
If the client wishes to cancel our advertising services, the following conditions apply:
a) The client must provide written notice of cancellation to our customer support team.
b) Depending on the specific terms outlined in the agreement between Advitize and the client, cancellation fees or penalties may apply.
c) The client may be responsible for any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
2.2 Cancellation by Advitize
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate our advertising services at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:
a) Client's violation of our terms and conditions.
b) Non-payment of fees or charges.
c) Any conduct that we deem detrimental to our business or reputation.
In the event of cancellation by Advitize, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the client with a prorated refund for any unused services or fees paid in advance.
3. Changes to Refund and Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this policy. Your continued use of our services after any modifications to this policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by the updated policy.
